Keno is a game of chance with a rich and illustrious background. The game that we are currently familiar with has experienced incredible alterations since its original appearance. Gaming chroniclers have followed its background as far back as 200 Before Christ to a Chinese type of diversion called ‘The Game of the White Dove.’ It’s a well-documented certainty that a style of keno was played in a bingo-like arrangement on the eastern seaboard just about the time of the huge Chinese arrival at the time of the gold rush.

In its current style, keno is something like bingo in that both games are built upon numbers. An individual keno card is printed with eighty numbers and the player will select as many as s/he wants. This is completed by circling or otherwise marking the numbers with a pencil. Once the player has picked out the numbers, s/he must take the card back to the clerk at the keno stand. The clerk will then issue a receipt after marking down the player’s numbers. It is the responsibility of the player to redeem any winning ticket before the next round begins, so stragglers must stay alert.

Now that we’ve reviewed a little bit of keno’s fascinating background and basic facts of game play, you are probably chomping at the bit to find out where you can wager on keno on the internet. And that is only a reasonable thing for an avid keno player. To be sure, you have many possibilities to choose from when it is time for some decisive internet keno fun with all the charm you aspire to.
